Terms of Service.

The following terms are used in these Terms of Service:

These Terms of Service apply to all use of the platform, regardless of whether you have a free or paid account.

• By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
• These terms also apply to free accounts and trial periods.
• In case of conflict between these terms and any individual agreements, the individual agreements prevail.
• We reserve the right to refuse accounts without stating reasons.

JudoLytics is a sports analysis tool for judo. The platform helps judokas, coaches, and club administrators analyze match performance, track training and body measurements, monitor recovery, create personal development plans, build opponent profiles, and manage judo clubs.

To use the platform, you need an account. By creating an account, you agree to the following responsibilities:

• You provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
• You are at least 16 years old or have consent from a parent or legal guardian (see also Privacy Policy section 12).
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You do not share your account with others.
• You inform us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account via info@judolytics.com.
• A maximum of one free trial period is offered per natural person.

JudoLytics offers three paid subscriptions (Starter, Pro, and Elite), each with a monthly or yearly billing option. Current prices, features, and comparisons can always be found on the pricing page.

All prices are in euros and include VAT for consumers. Yearly subscriptions offer a discount compared to monthly billing. See the pricing page for current amounts.

• Upgrade: An upgrade to a higher subscription takes effect immediately. The cost difference for the remaining billing period is prorated and charged.
• Downgrade: A downgrade to a lower subscription is scheduled at the end of the current billing period. Until then, you retain access to the features of your current subscription.
• Price changes: We reserve the right to change prices. Price changes are communicated at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new prices.

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to Stripe's payment terms.

• Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly).
• You must maintain a valid payment method as long as your subscription is active.
• All invoices are available via the Stripe customer portal, accessible from your account settings.

Failed payments

When a payment fails, the status of your subscription is changed to "past due". During this period:

• You temporarily retain access to your paid features.
• Stripe automatically retries the payment according to its standard retry schedule.
• You will be notified by email with a request to update your payment method.
• If payment is not received after all retry attempts, your subscription may be terminated.

Refund policy

Refund of subscription fees is not automatic. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, you can submit a request within 14 days of the relevant payment via info@judolytics.com. Refund requests are reviewed at our discretion, unless a statutory right to a refund applies (see section 7: Right of withdrawal).

Under the Distance Selling Act, as a consumer you have the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days of subscribing without stating reasons (right of withdrawal).

How to exercise your right of withdrawal?

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal (and you have not waived it), you can send an unambiguous statement by email to info@judolytics.com with the following information:

• Your full name
• The email address you registered with
• The date you subscribed
• A statement that you wish to cancel the agreement

Refund upon withdrawal

In case of a valid withdrawal, we will refund the paid amount within 14 days via the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you explicitly agree to a different payment method.

When subscribing to a first paid plan, you may be eligible for a free trial period of 7 days.

• During the trial period, you have full access to all features of the chosen subscription.
• A maximum of one trial period is offered per natural person.
• After the trial period, your account is downgraded to the free tier with limited functionality, unless you subscribe during the trial period.
• No payment method is required to start a trial period. If no subscription is activated by the end, the account is downgraded to the free tier.
• Starting a trial period constitutes a request for immediate access to digital content. The waiver of the right of withdrawal (see section 7) applies.

By you

You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or the Stripe customer portal. Upon cancellation, the following applies:

• The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Until then, you retain access to all features of your current subscription.
• After termination, your account is downgraded to a free account with limited functionality.
• Your data is retained in accordance with the retention periods in the Privacy Policy (section 7).

By JudoLytics

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in the following cases:

• Violation of these Terms of Service or the acceptable use policy (section 10).
• Repeated failure to meet payment obligations.
• Use of the platform for illegal purposes.
• Behavior that endangers the integrity or security of the platform or other users.

Upon suspension, your access is temporarily blocked; your data is preserved. Upon termination, we strive to inform you in advance, unless circumstances require immediate action.

After termination by JudoLytics, your data is retained for 30 days, after which it is deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Anonymized and aggregated data is retained in accordance with section 14.

You agree to use the platform only in accordance with these terms and applicable laws and regulations. It is not permitted to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the platform or parts thereof.
• Collect data from the platform in an automated manner (scraping, crawling).
• Use the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or malicious purposes.
• Upload or distribute harmful content (malware, viruses) via the platform.
• Gain unauthorized access to data of other users.
• Share your account with third parties or sell, rent, or otherwise transfer access to your account.
• Use the platform to harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users.
• Bypass or undermine security measures or access controls of the platform.
• Overload the platform in a way that adversely affects performance for other users.

The platform offers club functionality for judo clubs and training groups. Club membership is available on all subscriptions (including free accounts). The number of clubs you can join varies by subscription (see the pricing page). Advanced coach functionality is available on higher subscriptions.

• Within a club, three roles are available: administrator, coach, and judoka.
• Coaches can view club member data (including matches, statistics, measurements, and training), but only to the extent the club member has enabled this via their privacy settings.
• By default, nothing is shared with the club. Each club member chooses per data category what is shared (don't share, coaches only, or the whole club), can adjust this at any time, and has full control over it.
• Club administrators manage membership but cannot override individual privacy settings of members.
• Clubs can subscribe on a seat-based model, where administrators assign seats to club members. Pricing and terms for club subscriptions can be found on the pricing page.
• Coaches have access to a workspace with tools for group measurements, training planning, load monitoring, and development plan management.

More information about which data can be shared within clubs can be found in the Privacy Policy (section 5).

The platform can retrieve additional data from publicly accessible sports databases at your request:

• IJF (International Judo Federation) — Public match data, world rankings, and competition history via the IJF Judobase.
• JudoManager — National match data, statistics, and club information via the JudoManager API.

Platform

All intellectual property rights to the platform — including source code, design, logos, trademarks, and documentation — belong to Bloei.ai. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the platform for the duration of your subscription or account. It is not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit the platform or parts thereof without our express written permission.

Your data

You retain ownership of all raw content data you enter into the platform. You grant JudoLytics a limited license to process this data for providing the service. Additionally, you grant JudoLytics the irrevocable right to anonymize and aggregate your data in accordance with section 14. Upon deletion of your account, your raw data is deleted; anonymized aggregates are retained.

You retain ownership of all raw data you enter into the platform (matches, scores, opponents, notes, reflections, match plans, training sessions, recovery data, body measurements, and development plans).

You grant JudoLytics an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to anonymize, aggregate, and use your data for the following purposes:

When anonymizing, we ensure that:

• Data is aggregated at group level (minimum 5 users).
• Individual identifiers are irrevocably removed.
• It is impossible to trace results back to individual persons.
• Anonymized data is not combined with other sources for re-identification.

This right survives termination of your account or subscription. Anonymized data is not personal data within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

This clause aligns with section 6 of the Privacy Policy (Anonymization and aggregated use).

Disclaimer

The platform is offered "as is" and "as available", without any warranty, express or implied. In particular, we do not guarantee:

• That the platform functions without interruption or errors.
• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of analyses and insights.
• The suitability of the platform for a specific purpose.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability to you is in all cases limited to the amount you have paid in subscription fees to JudoLytics in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

This limitation does not apply to liability arising from intent or willful recklessness on our part.

Force majeure

Neither party is liable for failure to meet obligations due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to: failures at hosting providers (Supabase), payment system outages (Stripe), internet disruptions, natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions.

These Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy together constitute the complete agreement between you and JudoLytics regarding the use of the platform.

• The Privacy Policy governs all aspects of the processing of personal data.
• In case of conflict between these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy regarding the processing of personal data, the Privacy Policy prevails.
• Both documents should be read together.

We may change these Terms of Service from time to time, for example in response to new features, legal obligations, or changes in our service.

• Substantial changes are communicated at least 30 days in advance via email and a notification within the application.
• Non-substantial changes (linguistic corrections, clarifications) may be made without prior notice.
• Continued use of the platform after the effective date of amended terms constitutes acceptance thereof.
• If you do not agree with the amended terms, you can cancel your subscription before the effective date.

The version number and "Last updated" date at the top of this page are updated with each change.

These Terms of Service and all use of the platform are governed by Dutch law.

• Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the district of Gelderland (Arnhem), unless mandatory provisions prescribe a different court.
• As a consumer within the EU, you may also choose the court of your place of residence pursuant to Regulation (EU) No. 1215/2012.
• You can also use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is declared invalid, void, or unenforceable, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid provision will be replaced by a valid provision that approximates the original purpose as closely as possible.
